Cute boutique hotel in the upbeat village neighbourhood. Very satisfied with the service from the staff, the 24hr front desk is a plus. Great rooms perfect for a short stay: mini-fridge, microwave and coffemaker inside of the room. Great value for your money! Right in front of the metro!
Very pleasant team managing the rooms. Due to the recent warm spell, I was the first to request the air conditioner to be turned on. They sent a person in 10 minutes to with a remote.
Fantastic hotel. Very helpful, efficient and accommodating staff. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable! The pricing is quite cheap compared to what I have seen on my other visits.
First thing I noticed upon check in, is there is no elevators! Feels like a loft more than a hotel. Also, check in is located adjacent to where the "hotel" is so that was odd. The hotel and area are quiet which was nice. Staff is nice, they attend to your needs. Be aware of the room you are booking. I was given a different room than the one listed on the booking website, after bringing it up to their attention the manager stated it was a mistake on their end and I was met with some compensation for their mistake. Call in advance to make sure. The location is great! gas stations, grocery store, restaurants, and minutes away from tourist areas. The rooms are clean, but shower head was very old, falling apart .. needs replacing for sure.
I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for me and my daughters. You could tell that the host made sure that everything was very clean. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.
I had a great stay, the rooms were very comfy and at a good price, easy parking with the guide provided at front desk, very friendly personnel and overall a good experience. Will definetely be back !
My friend and I stayed here and were pleasantly satisfied. The hotel staff are very nice and prompt with their responses. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. The front lobby had common appliances, such as a microwave, mini fridge, and utensils. The hotel is in a very convenient location surrounded by many unique shops and restaurants. The Papineau metro station is right across the hotel. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the gay village. Highly recommend!
